Directions from Inverness

Head south on the A82 pass through Drumnadrochit and about 11 miles down you will pass a youth hostel on the left approximately 2 miles down you will come to a large P. be ready to turn sharp left into the Glenmoriston Estate (it looks like a layby). If you reach Glenmoriston Arms Hotel, you have gone too far. Follow the private driveway down and when you reach the wooden gate turn up the slope to the left for the Bothy. For the Granary drive through the gate follow the road all the way down to the cobbled courtyard. The Granary will be on the left. The postcode is iv63 7ya but that is the entire village so a little confusing.

Just prior to reaching the village there is a sharp left turn into Glenmoriston Estate. Old Farm Cottages are situated at the end of this road (approximately 1/2 km from entrance).

Directions from Glasgow Airport

Head west on the M8 and exit on slip road to M898 (signposted Erskine Bridge). Join the A898 and go over the Bridge, keep in the left hand lane and turn on to the A82 (signposted Crianlarich). Continue on the A82 through Crianlarich, Tyndrum, Fort William Spean Bridge and Fort Augustus. About 6 miles north of Fort Augustus. You will pass through the village of Invermoriston. When you reach Invermoriston - Glenmoriston Arms will be ahead of you, follow the road round to the right - you will pass a few Bed and Breakfasts on the left when you pass Darroch View, be ready to turn right in the Glenmoriston Estate (it looks like a layby). Follow the private driveway down and when you reach the wooden gate turn up the slope to the left for the Bothy. Directions from Edinburgh Airport

Leaving the airport turn west on to the A8 and follow the signs north onto to the M9, then M90 towards the Forth Road Bridge. Continue over the bridge and onto the M90 towards Perth. continue up the A9 to Dalwhinnie, turn left and follow the road to Spean Bridge. Turn right and join the A82​ to Invermoriston (Inverness). You will pass through Spean Bridge, Fort Augustus and then the village of Invermoriston.
